Shipping & Returns

Depending on your location, shipping takes between 2 and 6 days. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to three days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as that information becomes available to us.

 

Shipments to the Netherlands

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €75. The shipping fee for orders under €75 is €3,95.

Shipments to European Union (including the UK)

Free shipping to European Union (including the UK) on orders over €100. The shipping fee for orders under €100 is €6,95.

Shipments to USA, Canada, Switzerland and Norway

Free shipping to USA, Canada, Switzerland and Norway on orders over €125. The shipping fee for orders under €125 is €9,95.

Shipments to the rest of the world

Free shipping to the rest of the world on orders over €150. The shipping fee for orders under €150 is €16,95.

 

Returns

You can return all items within 14 days. The items you want to return must be unworn. The item contains no traces of use or other stains. We do not cover the costs of returning your order.

Please note: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
