Shipping Policies

What are my shipping options?
We ship worldwide and shipping fees depend on your location. Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €75. Free shipping to European Union (including the UK) on orders over €100. Free shipping to USA, Canada, Switzerland and Norway on orders over €125. Free shipping to the rest of the world on orders over €150.

How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a Track & Trace.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 2 and 6 days.

Caring For Your Products

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Avoid situations where your jewellery comes in contact with soaps, lotions, hair spray or other chemicals because they can discolor and damage your jewellery. We recommend not to swim, shower, sport and sleep with your jewellery on.

How do I take care of my Sterling silver jewelry?
It is common for silver jewellery to change color over time. This process is called tarnishing. Luckily tarnish only occurs on the surface and can be polished away with a soft cloth. But never polish gold plated jewelry, because then you will eventually polish away the gold.
